The AMX MET-6NE is a compact push-button control panel for connection to a NetLinx controller for desktop or wall mounting. It has 6 buttons with a built-in blue LED that indicates when a button has been activated. The navigation wheel can be used to define up to 7 functions by pressing the wheel up, down, right, left, center, and by turning it clockwise or counterclockwise.

The MET-6NE is ideal for simple applications in meeting, training and conference rooms. As a control panel for all NetLinx controllers, it provides the ability to trigger freely programmable control functions. It is the ideal addition to the operating options of a controller, e.g. to easily operate the setting of room functions such as light, sun protection, dimming or room climate without having to use a touch panel.

A combined use of buttons and navigation wheel is possible. For example, if button 1 is pressed, which is programmed to be responsible for light control, the navigation wheel can be used to adjust the light brighter or darker, or to switch it on and off completely. If key 2 is pressed, which is used for the sound system, the navigation wheel can be used to adjust the volume, mute the system or set it to a predefined value.

The buttons can be engraved and permanently labeled for specific applications.
